Manufactured from 9.5mm Hexagrip (Black phenolic resin bonded birch plywood with a black hexagon pattern on the outside and a smooth black finish on the inside)

Heavy duty ball corners

2x Large butterfly catches

4x Heavy duty dish handles with backing plates, 2 fitted to each end(additional 2 on each of the long sides cost option)

2x Large lid-stays and piano hinge holds the lid just passed 90 degrees.

4x 100mm rubber wheel castors (2 with brakes) bolted to the base with birch ply dolly reinforcement
